Submitting report card grades for the eSchoolPLUS gradebook user This tutorial will guide the teacher who uses the eSchoolPLUS gradebook to record assignment grades through the process of entering report card grades. You enter your assignment grades directly into eSchoolPLUS. 1. Login to the eSchoolPLUS gradebook. 2. Look for the RC 3. The "Enter Report Cards"
window allows for the entry of report card grades as well as comments.
The window also provides: You may have to select the desired grading period from the "RC Run"
drop down menu at the top of the window. 4. Begin with the "RPT" column
and enter a report card grade for the first student. You have three
options: NOTE: If you make any changes to assessment grades after clicking the "Load from gradebook" button you must click the button again. "Load from gradebook" takes a snapshot of grades and will not register any changes in course grades.
5. You may manually enter a letter grade for an individual student to replace the grades imported from your gradebook. After you have manually entered a grade the "Ovr" checkbox will be checked. the "Save" button located at the top and bottom of the "Enter
Report Cards" window 10. You may click on the "My Classes" button to return to your class
list. A green check mark indicates that you have successfully entered
report card grades for an individual class. Repeat steps two through nine to enter report card grades for other classes.
