eSchoolPlus Attendance By Meeting

You may fondly recall the "attendance by meeting" feature in PowerTeacher. It continues in the eSchoolPLUS Teacher Access Center (TAC). This feature allows your to take attendance for ALL students enrolled in the same period even if they are not in the same class. Here are the details:

1. Login to the eSchoolPlus gradebook.

2. Look at your "My Classes" list. Any class that has multiple sections meeting in the same class period will appear as a separate class row indicating the PERIOD ONLY. Section name, class name, room, days and grading periods will not appear. The desired row is highlighted in the example below.

3. Click on "Att" or "All P" in the "Attendance by Meeting" row, as shown in the example, to take attendance for all students in a given period.
-"Att" will display a list of student names for attendance taking. For details on this window click here.
-"All P" indicates that all students are present and on time

Attendance by meeting cannot be used to take attendance by student photo.
